It is important that you coordinate the booking of your room for the event prior to contacting catering for any special requests.
There is a minimum of 10 guests for a catered event. Please contact us for any event under the minimum number of guests.
We are pleased to offer and arrange special diets, including vegan and vegetarian meals. If none are communicated to us, we will not provide any specific dietary restrictions at the event.
We want to meet your highest expectations. In order to do so, we respectfully request 48-hour notice for catering.
We will need a guaranteed person count seventy-two (72) hours prior to your event. You will be responsible for the full cost of the actual number that service was provided for.
Customers need to provide a cost center before the order is complete. Credit card or cash may be accepted with notice and tax applied. Tax exempt available under specific circumstances.
We require a minimum of two (2) working days advance notice in a case of cancellations.
Linens can be requested for all food and beverage tables. There is an additional charge for seating tables or any other tables that need linen. Any specialty linens or colors must be ordered in advance. Additional charges will apply.
China service will be charged if equipment/china has to be rented to meet client expectations.
When hosting an event you are responsible for the equipment we have provided for the service of the event. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at a replacement cost.
Centerpieces are not provided.
We provide ample food to provide all options chosen to everyone at your event which sometimes allows for excess but due to health board regulations no food may be taken from events.
